[ 2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: Terms and Conditions ]

We ship internationally via Express Courier.

Shipping Fees: Please see our chart

Delivery Time: 3 weeks from the date of order

European Shipping Costs: from 0 to 10 kg = 20,00 €

Intercontinental Shipping Costs: from 0 to 2 kg = 35,00 €

from 3 to 5 kg = 45,00 €

for further information about shipment in a specific intercontinental country and shipments over 5 kg, please contact us.

Customs tax for intercontinental shipments are at customer's expense.

[ 3. EXCHANGE & RETURNS ]

Before confirming your purchase, please make sure you have carefully checked the choice of model, fabric and correct size and, please, make sure you read carefully all the contents of the "Terms & Conditions" section.
If however, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order once you receive it, you can send it back to us within 10 days from the delivery date of the order, resulting from the date base of our couriers.
Shipping fees for the rendered goods will be at customer’s expense, except in case of our own mistake (for example, the delivery of a wrong garment or a wrong size).

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING AN ORDER

· The GOODS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. After that, no refund will be issued and no exchange will be approved.
· The GARMENTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITIONS, THEREFORE, THEY MUST NOT BE WORN (APART FROM ONLY FOR TRYING THEM ON) WHICH MEANS THAT
· GARMENTS SHOWING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SIGNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE:

• SMELLS OF ANY KIND
• DIRT OR STAINS OF ANY NATURE
• ANY OTHER TYPE OF DAMAGE

AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASH THE GARMENTS.
THE GARMENTS MUST BE RETURNED EXACTLY AS YOU RECEIVED THEM.

In case a returned item should show any sign of deterioration, we will send it back to you immediately, charging the shipping fees through the method of payment you used for the purchase (credit card or other).

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURE

To exchange or return an item, you need to fill in the form included in the package you received. The form must contain all the required information, so that we can proceed your request as soon as possible.
The form must then be inserted in the package and sent it back to us at the indicated address.
